Your Responsibilities as a Behaviour Mentor

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
• Encourage participation in mainstream lessons and help students access the curriculum.
• Enforce behaviour policies, ensuring students stay on track and maintain focus.
• Act as a positive role model, fostering personal development and confidence in students.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to implement effective strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Confident in managing behaviour and working with SEND students.
• A proactive, adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
• Creative and resourceful, with a passion for improving educational outcomes.
