Class Teaching Assistant – Role Overview:
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across all subjects
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their full potential
  • Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Helping students with their academic and personal development
  • Working closely with other teaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support

Class Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an educational setting
  • A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team
