A secondary school in Lambeth is looking for a Cover Supervisor to help their students reach their highest potential. Could they be looking for you?

 

Role:

• Delivering lessons across a variety of essential subjects in a secondary school environment
• Helping students stay engaged and advancing their knowledge of the syllabus
• Implementing strategies to manage behaviour and maintain a positive, focused classroom atmosphere
• Tailoring teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of pupils
• Collaborating closely with teaching staff to ensure a successful continuation of learning
• £90-100 a day (inclusive of holiday pay)
• Opportunities for career development

 

Requirements:

• A 2:1 degree or higher from a top 20 UK university in a core subject area
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable
• Experience in child-based roles
• Strong skills in behaviour management and the ability to convey ideas effectively
