EYFS Phase Lead – The Role
- Permanent, full-time role from September 2025
- Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (Inner London)
- Lead and manage the EYFS phase, overseeing curriculum, assessment and provision
- Support and coach EYFS staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
- Ensure a stimulating, safe and nurturing learning environment for all children
- Contribute to whole-school development as part of the extended leadership team
- A forward-thinking and supportive Senior Leadership Team
- Well-resourced Early Years spaces, including outdoor learning areas
- A warm and inclusive school community with a strong ethos of care and ambition
- Regular CPD and leadership development opportunities
- Engaged parents and carers who value the school’s work in Early Years
- UK QTS and extensive EYFS teaching experience
- Demonstrable success in improving outcomes and supporting colleagues
- Deep knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate a team
