Your Role as a First-Class MFL Graduate

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students struggling with MFL subjects.
• Lead intervention groups to boost progress and attainment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an engaging learning experience.
• Support students in mainstream lessons, fostering confidence and participation.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to meet individual student needs.

What We’re Looking For

• First-Class MFL Degree from a top 20 UK university.
• Previous child-based experience (preferred).
• Confidence in behaviour management and working with SEND students.
• Proactive, creative, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
