Role Overview:

  • Full-time, term-time only position
  • Work on a 1:1 and small group basis with students with SEN, particularly Autism
  • Assist with academic progress and emotional development
  • Help with behaviour management in class and around the school
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans
Essential Requirements:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a leading UK university
  • Previous experience working with SEN children, especially those with Autism
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting students with special needs
  • Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management
