Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, taking on an active role in classroom teaching.

- Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment.
- Assist in the assessment of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to their progress reports.
- Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a solid understanding of classroom management and supporting students’ learning.
- HLTA qualification or significant experience in a classroom setting with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead small groups.
- A passion for education and the commitment to helping students succeed.
