- Assist in behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and third parties to ensure consistent support.
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
- Previous experience supporting children, particularly those with SEN, is preferred.
- Confidence and creativity in working with SEND pupils and managing behaviour effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively as part of a team.
- Experience covering PPA sessions and leading groups is desirable.
