KS2 Middle Leader - Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the KS2 curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the National Curriculum and school standards.
• Analyse pupil data to drive interventions and support achievement.
• Mentor teachers and TAs, providing CPD and constructive feedback.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse needs.
• Develop initiatives to improve teaching standards and contribute to whole-school improvement.
• Support and mentor teachers, deliver CPD sessions, and encourage collaboration within the team.
• Track student progress, provide feedback, and implement strategies to close attainment gaps, particularly for disadvantaged and SEND students.
• Create a positive classroom culture that supports resilience and well-being, ensuring safeguarding policies are followed.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and work with senior leadership on school improvement strategies.

 
KS2 Middle Leader - About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in KS2 teaching.
• Proven leadership skills, including experience mentoring or managing staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A commitment to creating inclusive learning environments and driving academic excellence.
• Innovative and forward-thinking, with the ability to inspire both students and colleagues.
