KS2 Phase Lead – Role overview:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality KS2 lessons as a KS2 Phase Lead
  
  
• Lead and manage a team of 12 KS2 Teachers
  
  
• Ensure curriculum consistency and drive academic progress
  
  
• Oversee planning, assessment, and pupil outcomes across the phase
  
  
• Support a behaviour-driven culture in a well-structured school
  
  
• Contribute to strategic planning as a proactive KS2 Phase Lead
  
  
• Engage parents effectively to support pupil attainment

KS2 Phase Lead – Candidate requirements:

• QTS and a PGCE, with a 1:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
  
  
• Experience in leadership or a strong desire to step into leadership
  
  
• Confidence managing behaviour and supporting SEND students
  
  
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
  
  
• Passionate about improving outcomes in Redbridge
