Lead Practitioner of Maths | The Role:
- Delivering outstanding teaching and learning within Maths lessons and intervention sessions.
- Providing a coaching and mentoring role for staff and students in interview programmes within the Maths department.
- Providing evaluative feedback on the impact of learning strategies on student progress to senior and middle leaders.
- Providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to teachers within the Maths department.
- Lead Practitioner Scale 1-10 (Inner London)
- Hold QTS, a relevant undergraduate degree, and be able to show evidence of ongoing CPD.
- Be able to demonstrate outstanding teaching practice and excellent behaviour management.
- Willingness to use a range of teaching and learning techniques that engage and support learners.
- Providing an effective environment through classroom management.
