About the Role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
• Contract: Immediate start until July 2025, term-time only
• Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year (pro rata)

 
Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to support students’ learning and development
• Provide 1:1 or small group assistance for students who may need additional support
• Help foster a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels valued
• Engage students in creative ways to enhance their academic and personal growth

 
About You:

• A genuine interest in supporting young people in their educational journey
• A proactive, adaptable approach with strong communication skills
• Ideally, some experience working with students or in a school setting
