Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to students with SEND, including Autism and learning difficulties.
• Support students inside and outside the classroom, focusing on their development.
• Lead targeted interventions to boost academic progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and third-party professionals to deliver tailored support.
• Assist with behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• A 1:1 or 2:1 Linguistics degree from a leading UK university.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Confident and supportive in managing behaviour and engaging with SEND students.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and effective communication skills.
• A proactive, creative, and team-oriented approach to work.
