We are seeking an ambitious Linguistics Graduate to join a dynamic and creative school in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with Speech and Language Needs or English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Linguistics Graduate | Southwark | Role Overview:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with children requiring Speech and Language Support or those with EAL
• Assist in boosting pupils’ academic progress and emotional development
• Run tailored intervention sessions to improve communication skills
• Encourage pupils to engage with classroom activities, building their confidence
• Collaborate with the SEN team to support the wider school community

Linguistics Graduate | Southwark | Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of a 2:1 degree in either English or Psychology from a top UK university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and supporting pupils with additional needs

Job Details:

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
• Pay: £480-£500 per week
• Immediate start, contract for the full academic year
