- Direct experience working with specialist Teachers to give an insight into teaching
- Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS
- First-Class or 2:1 degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
- Child centered experience is desirable
Oxbridge Graduate | Job Criteria
- Provide support to students at GCSE and A-Level across core subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities
- Ability to work with pupils of different abilities and special educational needs
- Provide academic support through 1:1 and small group sessions to reinforce key concepts and improve understanding in specific subject areas
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, as well as preparing materials and resources
- Support high-achieving and underperforming students, helping them to unlock their full potential academically
