• Salary: £400-£500 per week, paid weekly via PAYE
• A First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
• Experience supporting children with SEND is essential

 
Pastoral Support Assistant | Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse SEN needs
• Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and comfort for students
• Promote student welfare and safeguard their well-being
• Help develop students’ social, emotional, and communication skills
• Work with SEND professionals and educational psychologists, gaining valuable experience
