This Primary ECT role is ideal for someone looking to complete their induction year in a supportive and well-organised environment. As a Primary ECT, you’ll be given tailored support, regular mentoring and protected PPA time to help you develop into a confident and effective teacher. Whether your passion lies in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, the school will place you in a class that suits your strengths.

Primary ECT – Responsibilities:

• Full-time teaching with reduced timetable and PPA
• Collaborate with mentors and the wider teaching team
• Deliver engaging lessons linked to the National Curriculum
• Reflect on practice and participate in ongoing CPD

 
What We’re Looking For:

• On track to achieve UK QTS by September 2025
• Passionate, reflective, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
