Are you a Psychology Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?


If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! A welcoming School in Tower Hamlets is looking to bring a dedicated Psychology Graduate onto their team to provide tailored support to students with varied SEN needs.
  

Psychology Graduate | Job Summary
  • Full-time term time only Psychology Graduate role | Long term contract until July 2025
  • Work alongside qualified and receive guidance from SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
  • Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
  • Experience working with children with SEND is desirable
  • First-Class or 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK University
 

Psychology Graduate | Job Role
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group guidance to children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
  • Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and class materials
  • Encourage positive social interactions and help encourage independence in students.
  • Maintaining a calm and measured approach to diffuse situations, promoting a safe and supportive environment for students.
