The Role & Requirements:

• Full-time Reception Teacher role starting September 2025
• BA/BSc in Education or Early Years, PGCE (EYFS) and QTS required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Reception or EYFS setting
• Strong knowledge of phonics instruction (e.g., Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds) and early numeracy strategies
• Experience with baseline assessments and tracking progress against the EYFS learning goals
• Proven ability to foster independence, social development, and communication skills in young learners
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with experience liaising with parents and support staff
