We are excited to invite applications from dedicated Russell Group Graduate's who are excited to impart their passion for learning on to the next generation through an Academic Mentor role in a Secondary school in Ealing.


English, Maths and Science Graduates are particularly sought after although Graduates with degree specialisms in other subject areas who can demonstrate excellent A-level results will be considered.


Russell Group Graduate | Academic Mentor – Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support to students
• Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention sessions
• Assist in the understanding of curriculum content
• Helping to explain complicated concepts to make them easier to understand
• Reviewing and analysing past exam papers
• Supporting and advising on effective revision techniques
• Assisting with Oxbridge University applications

 

Russell Group Graduate | Academic Mentor – Key Information

• September 2025-July 2026
• Initial one-year contracts with the option of extensions
• £19,000-£23,000 [paid weekly via PAYE]
• Work 39 weeks per year [13 weeks off!]
• Ideal for aspiring Teachers seeking classroom experience
