Are you looking for a new School Premises Manager position? If you have significant experience within Site/Facilities/Premises management within schools, this role may be for you.
Ribbons & Reeves are working with a secondary academy based in Hackney to find a dynamic and skilled Premises Manager. This school are committed to investing in their staff and offer vast development opportunities.
The Premises Manager will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for leading the Site, Security, Cleaning and catering teams, and for all facilities management. The ideal Premises Manager will be extremely personable, practical and have experience in monitoring and implementing Health and Safety procedures.
School Premises Manager Role
Salary: £53,285 - £56,565
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
School Premises Manager Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience within a school environment
- Level 5 Estates Management
- Health and Safety experience
- NEBOSH, IOSH or similar qualifications
- Team leadership and performance management experience
- Experience in maintenance and repairs
- Reliable with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- A driving license is preferred as you will be responsible for driving the school minibus.
