Are you an experienced SENCo or an ambitious teacher looking to step into a SEND leadership role from September 2025?

Ribbons & Reeves are working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Lewisham to recruit a dedicated SENCo to lead and manage SEND provision across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a school that places inclusion and pupil wellbeing at its core.

SENCo – The Role:

Full-time, permanent SENCo position
MPS/UPS + TLR (Inner London)
Lead the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school
Provide support, training and guidance to colleagues to ensure inclusive practice
Oversee EHCPs, referrals, assessments, and tailored interventions
Work closely with external agencies, parents, and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Hold the National SENCo Award (or be willing to work towards it)
Have in-depth knowledge of SEND strategies and relevant legislation
Be passionate about making education accessible and meaningful for all pupils
Be a strong communicator and skilled collaborator
