- Managing the SEND register and writing termly reports to governors
- Developing staff knowledge and skills through effective CPD
- Monitoring data and progress of all SEND students to remove learning barriers
- Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to implement and review SEND policies
- Deploying support staff and resources effectively in response to individual needs
- Upholding statutory requirements around SEND provision and reporting
