- Assign and coordinate Teaching Assistants to meet the needs of SEN students.
- Develop and monitor strategies to ensure all students thrive academically and personally.
- Hold a NASENCO qualification (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in working with children with EHCPs.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to lead a successful department.
