Speech and Language Graduate – Barking & Dagenham – January Start Are you a Speech and Language Graduate with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? This Ofsted-rated 'Good' all-through school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled graduate to join their dedicated Speech and Language ARP team.

Speech and Language Graduate Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, working with up to 5 students
  • Deliver interventions tailored to Speech and Language needs
  • Work closely with professionals to support children with SEN both in and out of the classroom
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to encourage progress and engagement
  • Manage behaviour confidently and supportively
Essential Requirements:
  • 1:1 or 2:1 Speech and Language Degree from a leading UK university
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably with speech and language needs
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence working in a structured and dynamic school setting
