- Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable
- First-Class or 2:1 Psychology/Linguistics degree from a top 10 UK University
Speech and Language Teaching Assistant | Job Role
- Be Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to the diverse needs of students.
- Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis assisting children with their speech and language development
- Supporting students with varied SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and external speech and language professionals to implement intervention programmes.
- Monitoring progress and adapting support to align with individual development plans.
