You, the new Trainee Physics Teacher


Being a strong Physics Graduate with a confident approach and a willingness to learn, you’ll be trained and supported thoroughly through a proven Teacher Training programme, all while completing theory and hands-on delivery tasks across the academic year, increasing your Teaching percentage as you go.


As an extra layer of support you’ll be assigned an on-site Mentor, who will monitor your progress, observe your lesson planning and delivery, and work with you to hone your practice.
 

Start by planning and delivering small group sessions, escalate on to full class delivery, and gain bags of further training and support within a vibrant, local Secondary School as part of an 'Outstanding' ITT programme.
