Year 1 Teacher required for a supportive, welcoming primary school in Richmond, starting in September 2025.

 
This Year 1 Teacher role is ideal for someone looking to join a child-centred school with a strong emphasis on early literacy, creativity, and emotional development. As a Year 1 Teacher, you’ll be supporting children as they move from the EYFS into a more structured KS1 environment. You’ll play a key role in embedding early phonics, numeracy, and social skills, helping each child build strong foundations for the years ahead.

Year 1 Teacher – Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons
• Support early reading, writing, and numeracy
• Track progress and adapt to individual needs
• Work closely with the KS1 team and support staff

• UK QTS (open to ECTs)
• Strong understanding of early years development
• Passionate about child-centred teaching
