Are you a confident and reflective Year 3 Teacher looking for a fresh start in a well-supported, values-led school this September?

We're working with a popular 2-form entry primary school in Haringey, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, to recruit a talented Year 3 Teacher for the new academic year. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, this school offers the right mix of collaboration, professional growth, and classroom autonomy.

  • Inclusive, high-expectation culture with a genuinely welcoming staff team
  • Excellent CPD offer through borough networks and in-school coaching

Your role as a Year 3 Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the curriculum
  • Use formative assessment strategies to support and extend pupil progress
  • Work closely with your teaching partner and phase lead to share best practices
  • Foster strong relationships with families and contribute to the wider school community
  • (If experienced) Option to lead a foundation subject or support ECT mentoring

What we're looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) + UK teaching experience (PGCE or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and commitment to inclusive practice
  • Confident behaviour management and a warm, calm teaching style
  • Team player mindset — open to collaboration and ongoing professional learning

The offer:
  • MPS/UPS salary + Inner London weighting
→ ECTs welcome and fully supported with an experienced mentor
→ Experienced teachers may be considered for TLR roles depending on skillset
  • Permanent, full-time position starting September 2025
  • School is easily accessible via Overground and Victoria Line
