Year 6 ECT | Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and ambitious lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum & SATs
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
• Effectively incorporate assessments to inform teaching and support students’ academic progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance student development
• Participate in the wider school community showing active engagement in extracurricular activities and whole school initiatives.
• Maintain a high standard for behaviour and academic achievement.
