EYFS Lead – Inner London Salary + TLR - Brent

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Years practitioner to take on the role of EYFS Lead at a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Brent. This full-time role starts in September and offers an inner London salary plus TLR for leading EYFS.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the EYFS department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and shaping an engaging curriculum. They will support and mentor staff, work closely with senior leadership, and build strong relationships with parents to support children’s development.

 

This is a school that values creativity, independence, and high standards. Following a successful Ofsted inspection, the leadership team is focused on maintaining excellence without additional inspection pressures. Staff are well-supported, and professional development is a priority.

 

This role is not suitable for ECTs. Candidates must have strong EYFS experience and leadership skills with a passion for delivering outstanding Early Years education.
