SEMH Support Assistant | Job summary:

• Working with children who have SEMH needs across different year groups who require additional help and support.
• Implement agreed work programmes to ensure the correct support is given.
• Ensuring that all children have a safe learning environment and are assisted in their learning and development.

SEMH Support Assistant | Job requirements:

• Obtained a minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a Top 30 UK University.
• Ideally have some experience working with children in a school setting. 
• Aspirations to become a Psychologist/Therapist.
• Strong communication skills and patience.

As a SEMH Support Assistant, you can expect hands-on training as well as consistent support throughout the academic year from SEND specialists from around the school.
